Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or booking any service. By accessing www.medilifeiv.com or placing a booking with Medilife IV, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Parties to This Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, client, or visitor) and Medilife Clinics Pvt. Ltd. ("Medilife IV", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the brand Medilife IV and the website www.medilifeiv.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other applicable laws.

2. Services Offered

Medilife IV provides the following categories of at-home and on-site wellness services across select Indian cities:

  • Intravenous (IV) drip therapy infusions
  • Intramuscular (IM) booster shots and add-on injections
  • NAD+ longevity and anti-ageing infusions
  • At-home service dispatched to residences, hotels, and offices
  • Corporate and event wellness programmes
  • Monthly membership and package plans

All clinical services are delivered by our trained and certified medical professionals. The availability of specific therapies, service areas, and scheduling is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To book and receive Medilife IV services, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older. Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by that guardian during the session.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful health and personal information during the booking and pre-session consultation process.
  • Not be under a medical condition that contraindicates IV therapy as determined by our physicians.
  • Be located in a city and service area where Medilife IV currently operates.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking where eligibility criteria are not met, or where we reasonably determine that providing a service poses a clinical risk to the client.

4. Booking and Confirmation

4.1 How to Book

Bookings can be made through our website, by calling our helpline at +91 89390 33335, or via WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form or enquiry constitutes a request for service, not a confirmed booking.

4.2 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an explicit confirmation message (SMS, WhatsApp, or email) from our team. Confirmation is typically provided within 2 hours of your request during operating hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week).

4.3 Pre-Session Consultation

All bookings are subject to a mandatory pre-session telephonic consultation with a Medilife IV physician. During this consultation, the physician will assess your health profile and confirm or modify the therapy as clinically appropriate. We reserve the right to decline a session if the physician determines it is clinically inappropriate.

4.4 Arrival and Session

While we aim to arrive within the estimated time window, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors. A delay of up to 30 minutes beyond the estimated window does not constitute grounds for cancellation without a cancellation fee.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • More than 4 hours before session: Free cancellation or rescheduling
  • 2–4 hours before session: A convenience fee of ₹500 may apply to cover preparation and dispatch costs
  • Less than 2 hours or no-show: Full session fee or a minimum cancellation charge of ₹1,500 may apply (at our discretion, based on preparation and travel already committed)
  • Cancellation by Medilife IV: If we cancel for any reason (including clinical safety, operational issues, or force majeure), no charge applies and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at or after session completion unless a prepaid package or membership is in effect.
  • We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our payment gateway.
  • Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time; revised prices apply to bookings made after the revision.
  • Membership subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of subscription. Memberships may be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle; no refund is issued for the current billing period.
  • For corporate programmes, payment terms are as agreed in the applicable service agreement or purchase order.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Important — Please Read Carefully
The wellness therapies, information, and services provided by Medilife IV are for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. IV therapy is a supplemental wellness intervention and is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.

Medilife IV's services are provided by qualified medical professionals who exercise independent clinical judgment. However:

  • You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications accurately and completely during your consultation. Failure to do so releases Medilife IV from any clinical liability arising from that non-disclosure.
  • If you experience any adverse reaction during or after a session, you must seek emergency medical care immediately and notify us at the earliest opportunity.
  • Results from IV therapy vary between individuals. We make no guarantees as to specific outcomes.
  • Information provided on our website (including therapy descriptions, benefits, and ingredient lists) is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
  • You are encouraged to consult your personal physician before beginning any IV therapy or nutritional wellness programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

Medilife IV's therapies have not been evaluated by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) or any other Indian regulatory authority as treatments for any disease. All compounded formulations are prepared in accordance with applicable clinical standards.

8. Your Responsibilities and Conduct

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, accessible, and appropriate location for the session (adequate lighting, seating, and privacy)
  • Ensure that the address provided is accurate and accessible by our clinical team
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of session (the attending physician reserves the right to decline service in such circumstances)
  • Treat our clinical staff with respect and dignity; abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards our staff is grounds for immediate termination of the session and blacklisting from future bookings
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content from our website without prior written permission
  • Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may damage, disable, or overburden our systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of Medilife Clinics Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link).

The Medilife IV name, logo, and taglines are trademarks of Medilife Clinics Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • Medilife IV's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website.
  • We are not liable for any adverse clinical outcome resulting from information you failed to disclose during the pre-session consultation.
  • We are not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable mandatory law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medilife Clinics Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) inaccurate or incomplete health information you provided to us.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google Maps, payment gateways, or partner organisations). These links are provided for convenience only. Medilife IV does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Subject to the foregoing, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu for any matter not subject to arbitration.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief before an appropriate court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by email. The revised Terms will be effective from the date displayed as "Last Updated". Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
